Riding with Epsom CC
Epsom CC is affiliated with British Cycling who provide insurance for the club. A requirement of the insurance is that you must be a member of Epsom CC to ride with the club. You are welcome to join us for two rides to ‘try us out’ but thereafter you will need to become a member.

Sunday Social rides
Epsom CC club runs are organised every Sunday morning throughout the year. This is a friendly ‘no-drop’ ride and more often than not includes a refreshment (i.e. cake and coffee) stop. All riders / abilities welcome. Depending upon turnout, riders may be split into smaller groups of similar ability with each group choosing to ride differing distances and duration, typically 2.5 to 5 hours.
Meeting time for the regular ride is 09:00 for 9:15 at the corner of Wells Road/A24, Epsom, KT18. This is on the right at the top of the hill past Epsom hospital as you head from Epsom towards Ashtead.
When a longer or hillier ride is also planned, the meeting time and place may vary.
Details of each ride are sent through the club email and also posted on Facebook, Strava and a WhatsApp group. Strava and/or Garmin routes of the longer rides are usually also made available.
Thursday Sportive Training Rides (May to end Aug)
Epsom CC runs organised sportive training rides every Thursday evening between May and the end of August. This is a friendly training ride (nobody will get dropped!) that will last approx 1.5-2 hours and includes a loop around Box Hill. For some, it may well end up with a refreshment stop in a local hostelry in Epsom.
All riders / abilities welcome. Depending upon turnout, riders may split into smaller groups of similar ability.
